A short video (15 to 30 seconds) introducing yourself: full name, age, and country. Then, perform a 360° turn showing frontal view, right profile, back view, left profile, and end facing forward again. Natural light, plain light background, no filters or editing.

No selfies or group photos. No filters or edits. Avoid blurry or dark photos. No sunglasses, hats, or caps. No excessive makeup or baggy clothing that hides the silhouette. No exaggerated poses or "Instagram" style.
